• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
• Business Days: Please note that we process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
• Domestic Shipping within Canada:
• Carrier: Canada Post
• Delivery Time: Estimated between 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Shipping Options
• Standard Shipping: Available for all provinces and territories across Canada via Canada Post.
• Order Updates: While we do not offer package tracking at this time, we will keep you informed via email when your order has been shipped.
• Pickup Options: Currently, we do not offer local pickup services.
Shipping Address
• Accuracy Matters: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery.
• Address Changes: If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@metavite.ca.
• P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. boxes across Canada.
Shipping Restrictions
• International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within Canada.
• Remote Locations: Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the estimated delivery times.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
• Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like weather or carrier delays may affect shipping times.
• Lost Packages: If you believe your package is lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@metavite.ca, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can correct the issue.
