1. What is the METAVITE™ Fridge Magnet Kit?

Created by master trainer and nutritionist Matthew Del Bel Belluz from Vancouver, the kit includes a Top 99 Foods Magnet, a Note Board Magnet, a dry-erase marker, and a user guide.

Answer: The kit makes nutrition tracking simple and engaging:

3. What are the available color options for the kit?

Rainbow Edition: Vibrant and colorful design.

Midnight Edition: Sleek dark theme.

Classic White Edition: Clean and minimalist look.

 

4. Is the kit suitable for all diets?

 

Answer: Absolutely! While the Top 99 Foods Chart emphasizes whole plant-based foods, it’s designed to complement any dietary preferences. You can include all the foods you enjoy and customize your tracking to suit your personal diet.

 

5. What is included in the digital download purchase?

 

Answer: The digital download includes:

 

Formats: Printable PDFs and high-resolution PNGs.

Color Options: All three editions—Rainbow, Midnight, and Classic White.

Total Files: Six high-quality files without watermarks.

Usage: Perfect for viewing on devices or printing at home.

 

6. How do I access my digital download after purchase?

 

Answer: After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. Simply click the link to access your files instantly. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@metavite.ca.

 

7. What are the shipping times and costs?

 

Answer:

 

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Time: Estimated 2 to 5 business days via Canada Post.

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Note: We currently ship only within Canada.

 

8. Do you provide tracking for shipped orders?

 

Answer: At this time, we do not offer package tracking. However, we will notify you via email once your order has been shipped. If you have concerns about your delivery, please reach out to us.

 

9. What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

 

At METAVITE™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following returns and exchanges policy:

 

Returns

 

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Process:

1. Contact us at support@metavite.ca with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

Exchanges

 

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Process:

1. Email us at support@metavite.ca with photos of the damage and your order details.

2. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Digital Products: All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

Gift Cards: Cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@metavite.ca.

 

10. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

 

Answer: If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@metavite.ca. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

11. Do you offer international shipping?

 

Answer: Currently, we only ship within Canada. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

 

12. How do I care for my METAVITE™ Fridge Magnets?

 

Answer:

 

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the magnets. If necessary, dampen the cloth slightly but avoid excessive moisture.

Dry-Erase Marker Residue: Gently erase markings with a dry cloth or whiteboard eraser. For stubborn marks, a mild whiteboard cleaner can be used.

Avoid Damage: Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the surface.

 

13. Can I purchase the Top 99 Foods Chart separately?

 

Answer: Yes! The Top 99 Foods Chart is available as a digital download for $5 CAD, which includes all three color editions in both PDF and PNG formats.

 

14. Is there a warranty on your products?

 

Answer: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a return or exchange.
